At RONIN WEAR, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we’ve got you covered with a hassle-free return and exchange process.
1. Return & Exchange Window

You can request a return or exchange within 7 days from the date of delivery.

Requests made after 7 days will unfortunately not be entertained.
2. Eligibility Criteria for Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return or exchange, please ensure that:

The product is unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as you received it.

All original tags, labels, and packaging must be completely intact.

Items purchased during special clearance sales or flash sales are not eligible for returns.
3. Damaged or Wrong Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item (wrong size/wrong design), we will replace it immediately at zero extra cost to you.

Important: We highly recommend recording a quick unboxing video when your package arrives. This helps us fast-track your replacement process in case of transit damage.
4. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and it passes our quality check, your refund will be processed.

Prepaid Orders: The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Bank Account/UPI/Credit Card) within 5-7 business days.

Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: For COD orders, our team will contact you to collect your bank details or UPI ID. The refund will be credited via bank transfer within 5-7 business days.

Note: Shipping charges (if any) paid at the time of placing the order are non-refundable.
