Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at RONIN WEAR. We partner with the most reliable courier services in India to ensure your orders reach you safely and as quickly as possible.

1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding Sundays and National Holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
You will receive another notification with tracking details once your order has officially shipped.

2. Shipping Charges

Prepaid Orders: We offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders across India.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: A nominal COD handling fee of ₹50 (or your preferred amount) is applicable on all Cash on Delivery orders to cover additional courier processing costs.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Once shipped, your order will typically reach you within the following timelines based on your location:

Metro Cities: 3 to 5 business days.
Rest of India: 5 to 7 business days.
Note: Delivery timelines are estimates provided by our courier partners. Occasional delays may occur due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen logistics challenges.

4. Order Tracking

As soon as your order is dispatched, a tracking link and a unique tracking ID will be shared with you via Email / SMS / WhatsApp.
You can use that link to track the real-time movement of your package.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address & Undelivered Orders

Please ensure you double-check your delivery address and contact number while placing an order. We are not responsible for delivery failures due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or because the customer was unreachable after multiple attempts, a re-shipping fee may apply to dispatch the package again.

6. Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives in a damaged condition, please do not accept the delivery and contact us immediately.
If you accept it, please make sure to record an unboxing video to help us claim the transit insurance and send you a replacement promptly.
